As we dive into 2012 I have been full steam ahead with all the goals I want to accomplish this year, and I think we are all responsible for keeping each other motivated...Lord knows we can't do it alone ( I know, I've tried...not magical) so I wanted ask all of you what keeps you motivated toward your goals? I'm motivated to feel better in my skin and not pick on myself so much, sweat everyday and finish something I've never done before (a marathon)
What are you diving into??

What keeps me motivated??? Well motivation is so trickey...cause one minute you know you can do it and the next your just not...so one day at a time...and always visualizing the end!!! Yes!!! Love it!'n
I am diving into school! I graduated high school 8 years ago, and I've been waiting tables since....trying to figure out what I want to do! So....finally figured out that I want to major in broadcast journalism--I've wanted to be on tv since I was little! Trish, you are seriously my motivation to get into shape-- I always see your tweets about running and exercising-- my goal is to lose 10 lbs (that'll put me at 120
) and to tone up!
I'm motivated to feel better and have more energy because my partner and I are having a baby! It's going to be tough but rewarding, Heaven know I don't know nothing about raising no child! The minute I start to slack off I tell myself, it's not going to be easier once the baby comes! That usually motivates me. I haven't weighed myself but I feel better and that the goal..
Hi Trish! Found your site off of the Twitter #makeitcount newsfeed and see that you are an avid Nike+ user:)!! Awesome!! I'm one of the Nike Running Ambassadors and would love to inform you of the Nike She Runs LA 10K taking place in Hollywood/Paramount Studios Lot that we are putting on April 14! So it's coming up in a couple of months! You mention in your post above that a marathon is in your future...well this can give you a taste of what 1/4 of a marathon is;) Would love to have you register for it and join us; it's going to be a huge event since it's Nike's first time hosting a LIVE She Runs LA race (previous year was a digital log-in via your personal Nike+ device). Tons of entertainment, fitness/product expo, live music, AND a crazy wild 80's theme! Everyone will be running in their hottest neon colors and rocking side ponytails. Here is the link to register https://www.signmeup.com/site/online-event-registration/80860 and please remember to use the code NIKE192 when checking out:) If you could please spread the word either via tweet or even here on your blog as well I would greatly appreciate it. I will email you a digital flyer that you can use to tweet, email, &post;. Thank you so much for your time!
Motivation is really the key to fnestis and weight loss. Many people fail not because of a lack of knowledge, but simply because they just start forgetting why the exercise or diet in the first place. So many times I have started a new fnestis regime and then woken up one day to realise that I have not exercised for a week, and never consciously decided not to exercise!
I am a bit behind the curve on tittwer and facebook, tho my teenage niece is trying to change that. When it comes to this sort of stuff, I'm tempted to look at R and T as my big brother and sister; I should follow you around and do what you do!
